The Mind Diet conclusion

You can now see that once you stop improperly using and interpreting your sense of motivation, willpower and control then the true success begins.

A false feeling of control from abusing motivation and willpower always leads to demeaning your self-esteem. You need to judge yourself by your willingness to “continually” try to make reasonable decisions. The short term outcome of these decisions does not define you!
