It continues to confound us the response when we suggest a once a week full body superset of weights to obtain strength and stamina. So often we describe it as an answer to those who don’t exercise and the response is “yes but isn’t such and such possibly better?” and something like “shouldn’t I do more cardio and what about yoga, pilates or running?”
Better?! You are out of shape – you don’t adhere to a fitness program…your health has been eroding for years and taking your quality of life with it!
Get out of your own way – denial isn’t just a river in Egypt, time to get real with reality. Start where you are with what you have and press forward.
