It may be a tad confusing to consider but the fact remains there is no “very healthy” or “super healthy”. You are either healthy or not (sub-healthy).
There are various levels of unhealthy. Healthy is when you are in homeostasis and balanced. This doesn’t mean you’re perfect but on whole your health is maintained – the ups and downs cancel each other out.

You can’t become healthy until you can honestly measure and accept what level of unhealthy you are. It’s that cut and dried. Aging confuses this but ultimately if you don’t have a specific maintenance program for your body you are likely to be unhealthy.
Consistent sleep, reasonable nutrition, weekly exercise and an active lifestyle. That’s what health is made of.
