The WeFit World View

Summarized for your convenience:

There are hard things to do.

They are well worth doing.

It is definitely possible to do them.

You need to get them done.

Saving your health is saving your life and not just your body but your “life”.

The mainstream world view is: if you are hungry here is cheap food, if you are bored or in a bad mood here is distraction. If you are in pain here are ways to mask the pain, if you are confused here is something to follow. You don’t ever have to be cold, or hot. Being tired means getting pampering, being agitated means encouraging complaining and placating. If you don’t like the way you look here are a hundred ways to disguise yourself.

It’s not all bad but it has gone way….way too far. We support change.

Be well, be strong,

Andrew and Tierney
