Our Age Old Problem…

We’re young we grow have energy, curiosity and strength. We hit a point dig in and live with hunter -gatherer ferocity. Then we wear out, wear down and try to find the best way to coast.

Each generation is hitting the coasting phase earlier than the previous and the side effects have become a health killer. The dwindling strength and fading energy is from the loss of unused muscle.

Strength and stamina built in youth is shed if you don’t need it and modern lifestyle never requires it. You will however need it after turning 55+ because aging of course erodes ones health. Thus all strength built and maintained is money in the bank.

This is why our Ottawa personal training studio is focused first on building and maintaining health. Sure you can look better, feel better even perform at sports better but the most serious commitment is to age well.
