Why hasn’t the model depicted below worked? We can explain it – the confusion lies in mixing exercise with activity and separating sleep from activity.

Years of practice in the field at our Ottawa personal training studio have clarified what we consider the “Trinity of being Fit”. It can be encapsulated like this:
1. Move – Rest – Move
2. Eat for Energy
3. Exercise for Strength
When this is your program, when this is your credo you can stay on track. As we do a bit of detailing in parts 2 and 3 you will see how it’s easy to refer back to this. The bullet points make it simple to remember what, why and where your focus should be.
