10 session Personal Training Auction

100 percent of your bid will go directly to the ‘Canadian Cancer Society’ (Checks to be made out specifically to the Canadian Cancer Society).

Like so many others we have had our lives touched by cancer. With a goal of doing our part and putting our expertise where our voice is we are holding a silent auction for 2 – 10 session personal training packages (valued at 565.00 per package). You can put in your bid by sending your details to FitnessClinician@gmail.com calling 613.371.8666 or simply dropping by our clinic at 1209 Evans Blvd. Top bid will receive full fitness assessment and 10 private sessions which can be utilized at your convenience in keeping with your goals and schedule (we are open 7 days a week). This is your chance to fight cancer!

Personal sessions last between 30 and 40 minutes and we are available by appointment 6am through 6pm weekdays and 9 to 5 weekends.

We will go in depth analyzing your personal situation and goals and provide you with the most precise effective exercise you have ever experienced.
