The Strength of Self-Respect

Self-respect is a key component of health. You need to treat your health like you would the health of someone you care about deeply. Weakness makes it difficult to care for anything.

• Respect your sleep cycle.

• Respect food.

• Respect your strength.

A healthy body and healthy life are not a given, it is something earned and protected. Be prepared, appreciate what you have and show it the respect it deserves.
