
The idea that manufactures are safe from lawsuits around the food they sell is ludicrous. If they manipulate food to make it addictive it nullifies so called “common sense”. If it has chemicals in it which reduce insulin sensitivity….these foods become slow silent killers.
It’s simple, if food manufacturers use chemicals to trick your body and brain the outcome will be abuse/excessive use of the product. This is the same issue as we have with cigarettes and OxyContin.
The only thing we can say definitively is buyer beware.
