A good alternative to squatting that allows high loads for a powerful lower body without a traditional load in the spine.

If you want good glutes this is the way. Hip and butt power is the foundation of both athleticism and mobility in your senior years.

Start simple using the T-bar to establish posture then advance on up to full squats.
