Strength Exercise isn’t New

Strength training as an important branch of healthcare and more generally “fitness” is not new. The world of making fitness money has simply found it easier to promote and sell….easier forms of exercise.

We’re happy to see strength slowly but consistently growing as the foundation of being in shape. It has been known for a very long time that a strong body stays more active as we age. We also think it is more attractive than skinny and often fake forms of beauty.

Here’s to shaping your body rather than just starving it!
