The 3 requirements for exercise, what it honestly takes to be in shape.
1. Safety – The primary reason why people quit exercising? Yes lack of time is up there but it’s actually injury….from exercising! Remember exercise is supposed to be medicine not require it.
2. Consistency – You need to keep it at regular intervals not lots then little or none then a lot again. Without basic regular intervals the low points eventually takeover and control you.
3. Sustainability – You cannot set up your exercise to reflect your best day. Exercise is medicine…over the long term. You must organize your program to support your average month and thus make it possible to snug it up and into your actual life.
Wild, fly by night exercise schemes always come and eventually go but the basics of strength and stamina remain.
