Our primary personal training goal is strength. This is to set in motion the ability to gain stamina, structural integrity and the energy reservoirs to become truly active. So all we are promoting is a workable order of things.

Many might be surprised just how much “cardio” becomes a component of our workouts. Full body, safe but high intensity workouts with rest breaks minimized between exercises is dramatically demanding to ones endurance. BUT rather than make everyone go at the same pace we individualize the pace because we find the increases are better this way.
