It comes as no surprise that large research studies are now coming out validating the effectiveness of exercise on reducing the impact of last years outbreak.
The mechanisms have always been well understood as per the short video from Dr McGuff we provided on our home page: https://youtu.be/OGwqn63gvnI

Now large scale studies like this one: https://bjsm.bmj.com/content/early/2021/07/21/bjsports-2021-104203 are making it more obvious than ever the serious need to encourage exercise as a medically sound and important measure. “A study involving 100,000 subjects demonstrated the importance of exercise and physical activity in decreasing the risk of infectivity, severity and mortality of COVID-19”
*Exercise is medicine and it’s clearer than ever the desperate need we have to hear the medical community speak up.
Be well, be strong,
