The physical benefits of getting and staying strong through proper exercise are obvious to the point that people seem a bit insulted when we promote them. In this series we will share a different aspect in hopes of still being able to cultivate curiosity.
In that most realize it is anything but easy to partake in strength exercise it often maintains a standoffish place in the public’s mind. An interesting thing is we have found a direct correlation between mental/emotional health and the acceptance of this part of healthcare.

Over the years at our Ottawa personal training studio we have seen the subtle but profound effects up close. It really is no surprise that as folks become accustomed to facing the challenge of caring for their physiology they seem to strengthen there emotional resolve as well. The question is is this real or imagined?
