Ok all you need here is a couple of dumbbells or even just a couple of bags with some weight in them (cans work well). No excuses the moves are easy to master. The main reason why this workout will work…is because you actually do it at least once or twice a week!
Add a regular activity to your week like walking or even a sport or physical hobby you may enjoy – don’t sit around all the time! Eat a balanced diet and avoid “big” meals. Minimize starch and sugar from your diet. Go to bed early and get up early, quality of sleep is extremely important to health and fitness!
