Wefit workout

Ok all you need here is a couple of dumbbells or even just a couple of bags with some weight in them (cans work well). No excuses the moves are easy to master. The main reason why this workout will work…is because you actually do it at least once or twice a week!

When you are standing make sure to have lots of your body weight on your heels. Always avoid hunching your back. Don’t swing or heave the weight try to copy the basic form in the video. You want to feel your muscles working so avoid cheating your reps by swinging your weights.

After you do the first round take a short 30-60 second break then do a second round trying for as many reps as you can in each exercise BUT no cheating! Stop each set if your form degrades.

Add regular activity to your week like walking or even a sport or physical hobby you may enjoy – don’t sit around all the time! Eat a balanced diet and avoid “big” meals. Minimize starch and sugar from your diet. Go to bed early and get up early, quality of sleep is extremely important to health and fitness!
