By bio-hacking we are referring to the new trend of supposed hacks to health being promoted. Special therapies, special cocktails of herbs and vitamins. Radical treatments for fat loss, antioxidant potions and cleansing solutions.
None of this is new, it’s all a search to market something new which is not in and of itself a bad thing. The fact is though the only breakthrough in health as it relates to fitness is a confirmation of what we have long suspected…

While we can find ways to streamline workouts and discover fun and efficient ways to prepare food there will never be a replacement for the fact that it’s fundamentally a lifestyle. It’s a month in – month out viewpoint which keeps your body on point.
There are plenty of little combinations of foods and exercise techniques which can encourage your body but you have to do the actual ground work. You cannot hack your system, it’s the product of eons of evolution with powerful feedback loops. You must work with yourself not try to work around your reality.
