It is high time people realize that fat loss, especially rapid weight loss which takes more than fat with it, is a negative state and has negative final effects.

It is the only sane, safe method to get in shape and stay in shape. The public has been fooled and defrauded to think that looking skinnier means your exercise and nutrition is on track. This is the same myth attached to chronic skinny runners only a small percentage of which actually have a true natural thin runners build.
We won’t belabour the point, if you are wondering about weight loss read the article. Our industry preys on people because body image is closely linked with vulnerability. It’s high time that terms like ‘losers’ go in the garbage with the junk science behind them…this along with cheap and dirty gym memberships. Lets be ‘Fit for More’ and strengthen our bodies rather than hating them and destroying them.
