Shoulder Exercise Tip

Deltoids can be tough to isolate because of excessive upper back and neck involvement. Rear fly shoulder raises tend to be performed like a rowing action, the result being lacklustre stimulation to the target area (posterior deltoid) contributing to forward shoulder roll/postural issues. Here we show an often overlooked tip (because of it’s simplicity) using a bench set at incline.
