It’s an almost too simple analogy, in the past we lived physically hard lives and drove into 60 with a body best compared to a banged up rusty old hulk of an automobile. Science developed medicine to the point where we discovered how to switch out some of the parts and this saved lives. Understandably this led to an almost worship of modern medicine.
What has changed is this – we don’t live physically hard lives anymore. The kind of rust and mechanical damage we arrive with now is of an insidious nature. Worse yet we break down at the side of the road before we arrive in our 60’s. We have strayed so far from our genetic anthropological roots that part swapping and primer paint no longer helps.

The average persons body-car is so poorly taken care of that on an almost daily basis they experience the pain and side effects of breakdowns. Low energy as their engine sputters, sore this and that of worn down wear parts. The steering is no longer trustworthy and the brakes no longer safe. Before this all reads as excessively preachy let us just add the obvious:
“You are not a car but if you want a decent warranty…get strong and stay strong”
Life has made a dramatic paradigm shift in recent history, our approach to health and personal welfare needs a serious dose of catch-up.
Be well, be strong,
