PROTECT MOMENTUM!

You want some tips and tricks to be more fit less fat? The most honest health hack isn’t sexy but it matters more than anything:

“Protect forward momentum”

This means two important things in one.

A) Add things, switches things in and out but do not drop all of what you are doing for something completely new.

B) Don’t give up.

Forward momentum fades fast with fitness fads. The motivation to keep going over bumps and potholes comes from discipline and honest commitment.

Injuring yourself doing unnecessary exercise antics kills momentum. Excessive and unsustainable diet tactics kills momentum. Impatience….kills momentum.

Discipline and motivation is tough enough to muster – Protect Momentum.
