Squeezed Perspective?

People look at making a change and getting in shape as a massive task. Basically like changing careers and moving to a new town. It feels really daunting from the outside, let us reframe it. Let’s stop looking at it from a tiny squeezed perspective.

If back in March 2025 you had started making sure to get in a decent workout each week where would you be at now? Say you had started eating just a bit less allowing for a minor drop of around a pound or two each month,..how would feel now?

In this simple scenario, today as you read this you would have trained your body and muscles over a hundred times. You would have lost 25 or more pounds of fat – imagine that.

The games and confusion surrounding health and fitness is sad. Marketing feeds on people’s insecurity. It’s not rocket science, small consistencies compound and progress is assured. Slow and steady works. Excuses are self-destructive.

Be well, be strong,

Andrew and Tierney
