Wrap your head around this…

People look at making a change and getting in shape as a huge task. Basically like changing careers and moving to a new town. It feels really big from the outside, let us reframe it.

If back in March 2023 you had started making sure to get in a decent workout once a week where would you be at now? Say you had started eating just a bit less allowing for a minor drop of around a pound or two each month,..how would feel now?

In this simple scenario as of today as you read this you would have trained your body and muscles over a hundred times. You would have lost 25 or more pounds of fat – imagine that.

The head games and confusion surrounding health and fitness is sad. Marketing feeds on people’s poor self-image and insecurity. It’s not rocket science, basic small consistency compounds and progress is assured. Slow and steady works. Excuses are self-destructive.
