We often see people reluctant to embark on strength based exercise. We have blogged thousands of words on the importance of but none of it matters if you never begin. Worse yet giving up is an anti-life sentence.
Time, money, energy, confusion, procrastination, old injury, new injury, loss of self esteem, serious life upset…these things stop people from taking care of themselves but one thing halts strength progress more than anything else – not feeling you have what it takes.

Getting sweaty and out of breath can feel hard but most know or can imagine lifting weights is the toughest exercise of all. That is why it is most important, it changes you in a deep physiological way. We need to remind you that it doesn’t matter where you’re at or what your limits seem to be, you just need to fight for your health and fight for your life. Your best will get even better.
Be well, be strong,
Andrew and Tierney
