Getting in shape and staying that way is in no stretch of the imagination…easy. Especially real fitness which requires strength thus strength exercise – not easy.
A must is to just keep going. It’s today, it’s now, no beating up yourself no self-loathing as an excuse to quit. And erase the dreaded “I’ll do it tomorrow” trap.

Move forward, no one regrets the workout they did they suffer from the workouts they didn’t do. It’s that simple – the rest is mind games and wasted emotionalism.
