Repeat | Remember

It helps to have easy to repeat and easy to remember mantras. Life gets busy…keep it simple.

Tired people are hungrier people, tired people are less healthy people. Overeating leads to loss of health…simple.

This little WeFit saying will also remind you of exercise because working out helps you sleep better. As well, exercise helps you make proper use of the food you eat – it all ties together.

The average person spends too much time snacking and too much time passively trying to relax. Turn off the screens, put away the snacks and rest for real.
