For your consideration…

We promote a straightforward once a week high intensity workout. Without fail the first question usually is “can you get in shape doing just that?”

First, removing exercise from the context of your lifestyle is a mistake. Sleep hygiene, nutrition and activity levels have a huge impact on whether or not you are “in shape”.

However how about considering this:

Once a week for ten years verses three times a week for three years….

How your health is impacted by exercise matters more the longer the timeframe you examine. A decade of regular weekly exercise creates a foundation for health. Looking at the math you see you would have to exercise for more than 3 years – 3 days a week to equal 1 workout per week for 10 years.

You be the judge…which makes more sense in your life.
