If you’re out of shape and questioning your health status then focus on your traps. These are repeating poor behaviour and self-defeating bad habits.

Avoid trying to replace or overwrite this way of living with some new fangled “fad” based scheme. Instead force a few short appointments into your month for strength exercise.
As you work your muscles hard and slowly become stronger use that advantage to move more. As you become more fit you will naturally want to protect and encourage it with better food and better sleep hygiene.
