TOP 3 HEALTH DESTROYERS

1. Needless amounts of needlessly crappy food. Self explanatory.

2. Needless amounts of prescriptions. Drugs which mask and poorly patch your problems. Problems which could have and should have been handled without drugs. Drugs whose effects have at best simply delayed your suffering and whose side-effects may deliver an illness all their own.

3. Needless “taking it easy” and “destressing“. You were designed to be active, in fact much of your health regulation only happens when you are active. Much of the feeling of being weak or tired is from lack of doing enough of the right thing and too much of the wrong. 

Being out of shape has been normalized…this needs to change.
