This Monday November 30th marks 5 decades passing since the first Nautilus exercise machine was sold. The revolution of the Nautilus variable resistance cam is now 50 years old!

Whether you exercise with your body weight or some form of external weight it is all an act of leverage. The Nautilus cam made otherwise awkward, sometimes even dangerous exercise loads exponentially more efficient.
