Resistance is not Futile

Part 1 describes the actual inner workings of exercise and the need to see resistance as a  fundamental.


This demo displays examples of two takes on full body circuit exercise routines you can mix and match with but that also help illustrate the discussion elements.


This video displays our general clinical approach to exercise where the various movements can be precisely tuned for the individual as well as performed in a host of different combinations based on specific needs and goals. The point here is not just promotion, this highlights how specific exercises can carefully target specific issues to make general fitness better. Moreover, that you can connect them together smoothly and somewhat seamlessly to create the overall effect you appreciate from a sport or favorite activity. 


Part 2 discusses analogies and connections to make all of this useful for you.
