Good going Andrew… it wasn’t long ago that you had a ‘slight’ physique, and now you are sporting a Men’s Health/GQ body… and you did it in your 40s! Goes to show that more testosterone in your younger years cannot compare to knowledge and understanding of exercise in later years.
It sure made a big difference when I finally took my own advice and hired Tierney as my Clinician… and the rest as they say his history or ourstory [smiles]
