You’re not a trade in…

Imagine buying a vehicle and every year its engine and transmission shrink. As these shrink the car rattles and becomes less easy to drive…less comfortable to ride in.

You know where this is going. Your muscles are exactly that your transmission and engine. The difference of course is you can’t trade your body in. You’re not only getting around in a weaker vehicle but you’re risking a breakdown even an accident.

Modern living and modern medicine can confuse you. You can get the impression that drugs and surgery are capable of repairing your vehicles broken parts. While life saving interventions have come a long way fundamentally we see people breaking down everywhere.

Staying strong is a choice.
