Life Changer

Forbearance = the ability to restrain yourself, be patient, or delay enforcing a right — even when you’re entitled to act.

At its core:

Strength under restraint.

Not weakness. Not avoidance. Controlled patience.

• Your body weakens with time and lack of serious vigorous action but often you feel tired. You must separate nervous system fatigue from structural (muscle and bones). You must delay resting time until all of you is ready to recuperate.

• You’re hungry but when and how much you eat is a choice NOT a forgone conclusion.

• You want to stay awake and enjoy free time but nothing is free. You are well advised to slip into slumber sooner rather than later than later.

Just as physical strength builds stamina and stamina begets physical strength forbearance stimulates serious increases in health both physical and mental.

One word…countless positive implications.

Be well, be strong,

Andrew and Tierney
