Perhaps one of the most thought about questions of our time. In the world of getting in shape being strong is everything. What does that mean? It means strength, in every sense of the word, is vital. Weak people can’t change, they need to get and be strong to make the necessary moves.
You need to do what it takes to get strong enough in body and mind to make a choice between what you are and what you want to be. If you want to take care of your body so it works better, feels better and of course looks better you have to choose. You have to pick a side, the easy way or the way that makes you strong and draws on that strength.
It is hard to change because:
A) It is hard to change.
B) We make it even harder by avoiding choosing.
Eat some more or stop and feel some pangs of craving? Go to bed a bit earlier and get up a bit earlier to workout or stay up and sleep in? Feel negative about yourself or create something positive?

No one is coming to save you, it is up to you to have the maturity and discipline to choose.
