The picture below was taken on Rod’s 95th birthday. This year it fell on his workout appointment day as it has a few times over the years. Rod is a straightforward fellow with a quiet but steady disposition. He showed up one day at 84 and said he had heard strength might be needed especially for energy and bone frailty. 11 yeas later we’ve never looked back. Rods example reflects his personality. He doesn’t tell others what to do and he won’t let others put words in his mouth. He lives by example.
