Look both Ways

“Knowledge is realizing that the street is one way; wisdom is looking in both directions anyway.”

Thinking you know what to do doesn’t mean you put blinders on. Modern Fitness info is full of all or nothing propositions. They give the impression that modest, unspectacular weekly steps are a waste of effort. There is no end of “don’t do this, don’t do that” and hype, hype….hype.

Our decades long recommendation remains the same. Start where you are with what you have and know the most important fitness fact:

How long you stick at it matters ten fold over how much you do on any given day.

Thinking you don’t know what to do doesn’t mean you put the blinders on. Keep it basic and build. Keep building and don’t stop. Slow down but never….ever stop. Your life depends on it.

Be well, be strong,

Andrew and Tierney
