The internet is busting at the seams with fitness information. There are more suggestions than almost any other subject yet the general public is more out of shape than pre-internet.
The problem isn’t knowing you need to workout it is – pardon the obviousness – the not doing it. Your health isn’t like anything else, it can’t be started or stopped. Your health is continuous and moves in some direction at every moment and a lack of fitness leaves people lost.
