You know what causes cancer…?

With all the buzz about acetaminophen lately we felt moved to weigh in. Life and aging is stress. Stress comes in hundreds of forms. The true determinant of cancer diagnosis and outcome is physical condition.

Cancer can rear its ugly head in anyone’s life but far more often in those who are out of shape. Cancer can take a life but survival rates are far better when you are physically fit. It’s not rocket science….it’s cancer science.

Avoidance of obvious factors like carcinogens is a no brainer. Avoidance of a weak health lifestyle should be just as clear. The breakdown is straightforward:

1. Be strong, exercise every week.

2. Eat well (real food) and avoid overeating.

3. Sleep well.

4. Stay active and avoid sitting around all the time.
