What David Goggins proves…

David Goggins is perhaps the most extreme of extreme athletes. Most people consider his mentality and performance to be near insane. In fact we have been attacked in the past for even pointing to him for inspiration. The fact remains that David….brings the facts.

What Goggins brings to the table is proof. He is proof that the average modern person isn’t tapping into their potential. That the average person has plenty of room to push and thus overcome their health limits. David offers indisputable evidence that you have more than enough raw material to solve your fitness issues.

It’s a basic formula: if you are putting out 10 and David can put out 1000 = your limits are self imposed. We need to avoid mediocrity, we need to know that physical improvement is worth working for. We can see through David that there is so much there for us if we stick with it and dig deep. The possibilities are literally life altering.
