We have a saying:
“You’re not doing it because you need help”
This is what we call the cross over fact. This is what separates the healthy from the unhealthy.
Most people do not work to stay in shape year in and year out. In this time frame that it actually counts 99% of people simply do not maintain an exercise schedule.
What we are suggesting is that it isn’t a shortcoming it’s the norm. This is why having help which ensures your exercise needs is more than an addition it’s basically essential. You don’t produce your own food or practice your own dentistry. You even use help with your hair and clothing.

Having a proper personal trainer is the way. Working out big time on your own just never lasts. Just because you were really in shape for a couple of years in your 40’s and a couple more in you 50’s won’t help you in you 60’s.
It’s good to be inspired and see folks on social media working out on their own but don’t be fooled most people give up their “journey” after a few years. Consistency over the timeframe that actually matters for your health requires having a good professional in your corner…ask for help there is plenty of it out there.
Be well, be strong,
