Sun and Strength

Humans evolved for eons in the sun, only modern humans avoid it. Just like exercise too much can hurt you but not enough will do the same. Regular skin exposure to the sun is our natural state.

The Sun provides a strong health benefit if exposure is regulated properly just like all natural elements. Food like medication can help or harm by dosage. Sleep like sunlight can ruin your health through scarcity.

We need to think in terms of balance and equilibrium. Even stress is good in the proper amount. No stress and you become lethargic, uninspired and finally depressed.

Exercise is not to be abused as it will wear you down and out. Furthermore, excess exercise always leads to giving up working out due to lack of time and energy. Remember if you don’t exercise every week, year after year the benefits will not be there. Only consistency helps your health.

The key isn’t all or nothing with health….the secret is balance.
