Up or Down?

You can tell something is worthwhile when it is a positive even in a negative situation. Strength supports your having a good time during good times yet it also helps you deal with the bad times. Like the saying goes it’s during your down days you find out who your real friends are.

Even when things are going your way if you look and feel rough it rains on your fun. Worse yet when things get tough they become very unmanageable if your energy and solidness is suspect.

A physical strength approach to life is the best friend to emotional and mental strength. There is simply no downside. Allowing your body to lose form and function has no upside. The only actual difference between the two is the first requires choice and the other is a default.
