In modern times people who think themselves…modern, like to avoid fighting. Cooler and calmer heads prevailing is the attitude of the civilized. Well life doesn’t always agree and on occasion you have push back and fight against the stress of living.
Things can and will get difficult with regular randomness. Regular randomness?! Yes as in it may not be predictable but stuff will get rough from time to time. Life has plenty of injustice and random blows to be dealt with.

Our suggestion? Yes of course you guessed it…strength. Physical strength the act of building it and maintaining it is the thing you can count on. Strength training isn’t just anti-aging it’s anti-stress and the friend you want in your corner when times turn tough.
When the situation calls for it be strong, hold your ground. It’s not a bad thing to have something to fight for and that includes your health.
