In recent times strength training as in lifting weights has been getting more attention. Here is our go to set of steps for success:
Step 1 – do it, lift those weights.
Step 2 – do it safely, avoid getting hurt.
Step 3 – keep doing it, you will need to continue on forever to succeed.
All sarcasm aside the above is actually the secret. There is no method that matters if you don’t do it every week and continue. Rinse repeat and never stop. Strength begets strength weakness breeds weakness.
