YEAR THINK IS IGNORANT

Our world sells “Hope Hype” better known as false hope. “Is this the year you change everything and get in shape!?!” This marketing fluff is based on the simple fact that most people give up on exercise and getting in shape regardless of their initial enthusiasm. One of the culprits is “Year Think”.

What you can fit into your life schedule short term can be completely different than what works long term. I know it almost sounds too simple. The fact is scheduling and habits are often at odds. Priorities are subject to change without notice. Discipline is your only friend…oh and logic.

Fitness success comes from making good choices. Good choices come from being honest with yourself. What can you honestly commit to every week for the rest of your life? Because THAT is what will truly alter your health and wellness.
