As this year closes out we always support the idea of “getting our feet fixed firmly in reality”. There’s no need to make health plans from a fanciful, wishful position. Plans made from there will always fail. Even blind luck can’t offset a journey in the wrong direction.
The year is passed and you either:
1. Tried to sleep better, eat better and be stronger.
2. or you didn’t.

There isn’t a third option, this isn’t play time. Your health was either protected proactively or it wasn’t. If you chose number 2 your health is degraded if only because you aged another year.
Sounds depressing? No not to those who chose number 1. It also isn’t depressing if you belong to group 2. It is a repressing act you forced on yourself through avoidance. That’s not depressing that is a serious problem which deserves to be solved. Excuses can’t make you feel better because your body feels worse.
Our prompt for the new year to come is choose number 1.
Be well, be strong,
Andrew and Tierney
