If you step back and consider the bulk of it, being in shape is just basic healthcare. It’s so basic we tend to find it difficult to see it for what it is. What it is is undeniable – being in shape is simple.
Now simple doesn’t mean easy, if exercise were easy it wouldn’t force a positive adaptation (strength and stamina). The simple part is just accept it for what it is. The hard part is simply sticking to it.
