Straight Talk ok?

We won’t talk down to you, we won’t try to supposedly reveal the importance of weekly exercise. We know you understand this already. We do like to ask those who aren’t why not but the answers are negative in nature for the most part and rarely informative. Stating the obvious is insulting ti all involved.

What we will do is inform you of what will work and won’t….because we are experts in the field. We state it openly and bluntly to make it clear, unambiguous and useful.

Your body needs exercise or it degrades and dies. More accurately it degrades fast and dies early. Our goal is to cut through the crap and drain the denial. If you don’t adhere to a weekly serious workout then your body just isn’t a priority. If you can admit to and live with that then fine….its your body. Frankly it’s not really any of our business correct?

The fact is you and I both know there is zero positive in not having a weekly workout arrangement. We both know there is no upside or advantage to a unexercised body. Let’s all keep it real as the saying goes. Honesty, especially self-honesty is the best policy.
